What is mental resilience?  Mental resilience is the ability to adapt to change and UNCERTAINTY; TO remain flexible and calm during difficult times; Using mental strength to solve problems, move ahead, and remain hopeful. It includes bouncing back from adversity and challenges.  Rebuilding Resilience helps you bounce back from adversity and maintain or recreate a healthy mental state in times of challenges. 

Services provided include:

- Psychiatric evaluations and assessments

  • Face-to-face time reviewing screening assessments you have completed and learning more about your life situation will assist in making the proper diagnosis

- Medication management

  • Whether you are currently taking medication for mental wellness or looking to start, we will discuss the best course of action for your personal wellbeing.

- Therapy and counseling

  • While some therapy is provided, clients may be referred to a licensed therapist or counselor. 

- Crisis intervention

  • In the event of a crisis, individual circumstances will guide the creation of a plan to provide the safest and most effective treatment possible. 

- Treatment plan development

  • Using evidenced-based practice and personal interaction individualized treatment plans will be created.

Do you take insurance? 

Insurance credentialling is in process; due this this we are currently cash only.  Each insurance provider will be accepted as payments as credentialling processes are completed.  

How are treatment plans developed? 

Treatment plans are typically created during the initial assessment. This process involves the provider gathering information about the patient's concerns, health conditions, history, and goals. The provider and patient then collaborate to ensure the treatment plan aligns with the patient's needs and preferences.  As insurance providers are approved the list will be updated. 

Do you use telehealth?

Yes, HIPAA compliant video encounters are used when appropriate.  

Do you provide therapy?

Currently we provide diagnostic testing and medicine management for a variety of mental health conditions.  Referrals are made to local therapists to provide a continuum of care. 

Do you provide substance abuse treatment?

Persons with substance abuse concerns are referred to outside qualified providers.  We will work with you to make this connection.
